Simple to use and easy to maintain
The Ndume potato lifter has a blade at the front that slices and loosens the soil under the row of potatoes. The forward motion of the tractor then moves the potatoes and soil rearwards onto a PTO driven conveyor screen. As the screen rotates the soils drops back to the ground and the potatoes are moved to the shaker tray at the rear which deposits the potatoes on top of the soil where they can be easily collected by hand.
